Leigh House
Leigh
House is believed to date from 1574 and was part of a farm estate given
by Elizabeth I to Robert Leigh. The cluster of farm buildings now
incorporate The Barn and the Bake House, which together with the main
house, form three sides of a picturesque courtyard.
The property stands in 4.5 acres of formal and informal land with
panoramic views
over to the White Horse and Salisbury Hills. It is a pleasant 10 minute
stroll into the historic town of Bradford on Avon and just 7 miles from
Bath, less than 10 minutes by train.
Sleeps up to 15 over total accommodation.
