Stunning facilities to host your guests.
When we bought Leigh House, Bradford on Avon in 2010 it was run primarily as Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
As you would expect from a self-catering property, the kitchen is large and very well appointed with all necessary tools including a food processor, blenders and a juicing machine.
We have furnished both properties with antiques, original oil paintings and objects of interest to catch the eye. We hope this is self-catering – but with a difference.

The Bake House
Sleeps 5
This quaint stone cottage has 14th Century origins and has thick stone walls and flagged floors. The stone floor still has the axe marks where wood was chopped to feed the fires.

The Barn
Sleeps 10
The Tithe Barn has recently been converted to a very high standard and offers luxurious accommodation in 5 large, en-suite rooms. It is accessed from a lavender scented courtyard straight into a beautifully vaulted main living area with under floor heating and a mezzanine levels.

Gym & Sauna
For guests
The 1000 sqft Old Dairy with 6 milking stalls has been converted into a state of the art gym and sauna overlooking the paddock. You are welcome to use the equipment and sauna at the weekends and evenings and at various times during the day. Tone up while you and your friends relax on holiday.
Something to do for everyone.
There are several very good pubs within walking distance and Sunday Lunch out is a must. Family & friends can enjoy meat that is sourced from local farms and the quality is excellent. Bookings are essential and the Owner would be delighted to share their favourites and offer suggestions on the best places to dine locally.
National Trust properties are plenty, both in the immediate neighbourhood and slightly further afield. The Courts, Chalfield Manor, Westwood Manor and Lacock Abbey are within a few minutes drive. Dyrham Park, Tyntesfield, Stourhead and Montecute House are a little further away.
