The Tithe Barn has recently been converted to a very high standard and offers luxurious accommodation in 5 large, en-suite rooms.
It is accessed from a lavender scented courtyard straight into a beautifully vaulted main living area with under floor heating and a mezzanine levels. The separate dining space is beside two huge ash doors where the light floods in.
The main seating area has two very comfortable leather corner suites and is set around a cosy wood burning stove with an antique French table and plasma TV with Sky and Wifi.
Both the Cider Room and the Blue Room are upstairs and reached across a galleried landing and both feature huge beams and vaulted ceilings, with bathrooms tucked under the eaves.
The Hayloft and Empire rooms are reached through a separate door from the lounge.

Dining and Living Area
The open plan living and dining area is separated into two separate spaces. The living area is centred around a very efficient wood burning stove with a very comfortable red leather corner suite and white sofa for relaxing. There is an antique French oak table and plasma TV with Sky and Wifi.
The Kitchen
The well equipped kitchen was the original Bull Pen and is large and full of light. It is down a couple of steps from the living area and has a range cooker, big fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, dishwasher and lots of storage. From the kitchen there is access to a private outdoor seating area to catch the last rays of sun in the evening.
The Cider Room.
The Cider Room has a king sized brass bed, full length mirror, tallboy and two chairs.
The en-suite bathroom has been cleverly constructed to fit under the eaves and has a toilet, sink and bath.
French Room.
The French Room. This charming ground floor twin bedded room is reached by two shallow steps from the main living area.
It has been furnished with finds from French flea markets and has two antique wooden frame beds, chaise longue and a beautiful wardrobe.
It has limestone tiled floor with under floor heating and shutters on the window. The large, sunny en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit, sink, toilet and bath with a shower over.
The Empire Room.
This newest room is full of French antique furniture harking back to a more elegant era. The ornate fabric embossed king sized beds have marble topped nightstands with lamps either side.
There is a full height chestnut wood painted armoire with a mirror and a gilt chair. The walnut and marble “Empire” chest of drawers sits along one wall with a gorgeous mirror above. There is a standard lamp, rug and a very old hand stitched tapestry on the wall.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with wood effect tiles and Cath Kidson flooring. There is a vanity unit, mirror, shelves and a loo.
The Blue Room.
The Blue Room has a king-size sleigh bed, with an oak wardrobe and two antique chairs and chaise longue.
The bathroom is en-suite and has a toilet, sink and bath tucked under the eaves.
The Hayloft.
A separate staircase takes you to the Hayloft which is the fourth bedroom and is reached through a separate door to the lounge.
There is a beautiful brass king-size bed, chaise longue, Lloyd loom chair, chest of drawers, lamp and table. The large tiled bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower over a full size bath.
Again the room features heavy beams and stone walls, and also has a glazed door to an external staircase.
Dining & Living Area.
The open plan living and dining area is separated into two separate spaces. To dine there is a large, painted French kitchen table which extends to seat 8–10 people infront of huge floor to ceiling ash glazed doors.

The Grounds
Leigh House is set in 4.5 acres of rural land.
There are two lawned areas of just over an acre each choose from to site the marquee with views across to the White Horse at Westbury. Both fields are surrounded by woodland and are totally secluded. There is plenty of space for parking.
Nearer the house is an orchard and a large pond with mature willow trees. There is also a beautiful walled Victorian garden with lavender pathways and a rose arbour. The photographic choices are endless.
